What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday-Thursday: 11:00am-5:30pm
Friday-Sunday: 10:00am-5:30pm

Last Afternoon Tea seating of the day at 4:00pm with retail/bakery open for takeaway until close.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made using our Online Reservation System at least 24 hours in advance. We do require a deposit to secure your table, which will go towards your final bill. Walk-ins are also accepted, subject to availability.

What is included with Afternoon Tea?

As part of High Tea GR’s Afternoon Tea unique fine-dining experience, customers will be served a rotating assortment of four made-from-scratch in-house savouries, a traditional British scone, clotted cream (sourced from Devon Cream Company), preserves, lemon curd, and an assortment of three delicate made-from-scratch pastries handcrafted by our in-house pastry team in addition to one pot of tea (sourced from Taylors of Harrogate) of the customer’s choosing with two refills.

Can I split/share a tray?

Yes, a maximum of two guests may share a tray with an additional $19 fee.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions hand allergies?

We realize how important it is to ensure that dietary restrictions and allergies are accommodated and are working on our internal processes so that we can serve guests with a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies. At this time, we do not offer vegan options. We are able to offer gluten-friendly bakery products, although there is the possibility of cross-contamination within our limited production facilities. In order to secure your gluten-free tray as part of your reservation, we require pre-payment here ($47 per gluten-free tray) at least one week ahead of your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit/pre-payment of gluten-free tray.

Are children welcome?

We are committed to providing a pleasant dining experience for every guest. While we warmly welcome children, we kindly ask parents and guardians to supervise their children and ensure that they remain seated during their visit. Children aged 8 and under can order the Fairy Tea, which includes two savouries, traditional British scone, preserves, two sweets, and pot of lemonade decaffeinated tea.
